The oven setting is right there is black and white under step 3.. Adjust oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper if desired.

Hi I just wanted to try these puffs but I found no temperature setting for the oven so I passed on this recipe. I would love to see the recipe corrected so that I might try it. Thanks!
