oh this was absolutely delicious! i'm not much into baking (other than cookies) and i saw the recipe and had to try it out on some friends. the only thing i would try to change is the frosting as it was too sweet (most store bought icings are). but otherwise - i loved it! so simple to make with minimal ingredients needed. i will be making this for the next church potluck!!

This was way to sweet with all the carmel. If I made it again, I would make it without it except for the dizzle on top. I added nuts to the cake.

This is a very rich dessert! The combination or caramel and carrot cake together was so yummy! I made this into cupcakes and if you do this, be careful not to put too much caramel into each. Still love them regardless!

i make this cake for a birthday at work. WOW was it sweet.........way too sweet. the cake was ok but the icing not good at all. will not use your icing again.....i think it ruined the cake. sorry.......

This cake was very good! I didn't put caramel in the frosting, i added a pinch of cinnamon into the vanilla frosting. My son wants this cake for his Birthday this year, he absolutely loved it.
