I have made these several times, always in muffin form! I use half applesauce and half the oil. No icing, just caramel on top and into the holes. Everyone raves over these and I usually make 2 batches, one in regular muffin tins, and 1 in jumbo muffin tins. I could eat them ALL if I could, with a tall glass of cold milk! Love em!!!!!
