A delicious south-of-the-border dessert that's a cinch to make! It’s bananas, tortillas and a little bit of cinnamon and sugar; you’ll love its sweet simplicity.

This is SO easy and delish! I actually recommend very ripe bananas - makes it just the right texture. I also used high fiber tortillas to make it even healthier. I believe diabetics could use a sugar substitute and low sugar toppings for a healthy fun dessert. East and fast - great for busy people and hungry kids!

Made this for dessert tonight, and WOW!!! How amazingly simple to make and yet a decadent, LOW FAT dessert! I used Smuckers sqeeze caramel topping, then sprinkled them with chopped pecans. My daughter's both suggested that next time we should also top them with a bit of canned whipped creme. Yummmmmm! Thanks so much for a quick and wonderful tasting recipe!

these have been a favorite of mine since I first tried them. I make them quite often for a quick desert. My husband and I really enjoy them.
