I made these for my daughter's birthday party, even for teenagers they thought they were neat. Which coming from a teenager is high praise! I liked the fact they were less mess. But I found a very easy way to bake them!! I used my roasting pan for my turkey, it held all 24 cones, I just put a baking liner in the bottom. After they cooled and were decorated the lid was high enough that it didn't stick to the cones and kept them air tight. Perfection for these weird shaped treats but they were a hit I will make them again!

These are so much fun to make and eat! However, I learned some things. They turn out nicer if you bake the cupcakes in a regular cupcake pan, with the cone placed upside down on them. And don't store them covered if you have to keep them for a day. I made them at night and the cones were getting soggy and drooping by lunch time the next day. The ones I did not cover stayed perfect.
