My hubby and I made these on a fall camping trip with friends. We added an extra 1/2 cup of pumpkin for more flavor, didn't use the ginger and our pecans were not toasted. They were great! I already have given out the recipe twice.

I just made this recipe for breakfast exactly as recipe was written. It was a huge hit. My 3 yo grandson ate 4 pancakes by himself! Will definitely make again and again!

Printing issues. IF you set the text to XL and once it changes the layout. Right click on the recipe to print. Then change the setting from Shrink to fit to 90-100% and it will print out just fine. Mine does the same thing.
