Health Twist
If you're trying to reduce the fat in your diet, use fat-free honey-Dijon dressing. You'll reduce the fat to 22 grams per serving.
Substitution
Canadian-style bacon is great for summer salads because it is lower in fat and has terrific flavor, but you can also use sliced cooked ham.
Simplify
Don’t peel! Make this easy salad even easier by using nectarines instead of peaches. Nectarines offer the same sweet juicy taste in a no-peel package.
