Enter your review here...I just made these cookies for a church function. I used a devils food chocolate cake mix and added 1C. Andes Creme De Menthe baking chips. They smell good and taste even better. Yummy, quick and easy - what more could you ask for!

just made these as whoppie pies for a Halloween party at work. used french vanilla cake mix with orange extract. creamy white frosting tinted black. also tinted the cake mix orange. real halloween looking.

Great moist cookies! I used lemon cake mix and dyed them pink for a Valentine's day bake sale. Super cheap, easy and worth trying. If I'm ever rushed I'll be making these again in different flavours. Worth a try

I used this recipe to make Whoopie Pies.....One mix makes 8 large pies. I use the 1/4 cup ice cream scoop to measure. Smaller pies made with smaller scoops. Fast, easy and good! Chocolate pies filled with Marshmallow Creme filling, vanilla with chocolate buttercream and Red Velvet with cream cheese filling. Baking them for a charity auction.

Very easy! Don't bake longer than 8 minutes for a nice moist, soft cookie. Husband who doesn't really like sweets even loved them. Great for kids to make. Thumbs up all around!
