the point of this recipe is a healthier eating. If you use mayo then your defeating the purpose. I love these fries.

I make these sweet potato fries and dip them in a garlic/mayo sauce instead of the yogurt dip. I usually don't need to keep them in the oven for the full time stated.

The fries themselves were good but would benefit from some salt. The fries were a little burned at 425 after 35 minutes, will try at a lower temperature next time. The sauce was the biggest disappointment, tasted like a strange ketchup. Will try again with modifications.

RE couponsformorgana: There are many brands of chili sauce and peanut sauces available depending the region of the country you are from. For the chili sauce the most common brand is Heinz and for the peanut sauce the more common brand is A Taste of Thai. Try purchasing different brands to suit your taste. Hope this helps.

What chili sauce? I also saw a recipe for chicken satay that just listed "peanut sauce" as one of the ingredients. What brand? They're all different. It would be great to know what exactly I'm supposed to use for this recipe.

I really enjoyed the yogurt dipping sauce with these fries. They had a great kick and the yogurt helped to neutralize the spice. Very tasty!
