This will go on our regular meal rotation! As others did, I made a few changes. Fresh green peppers and onions, canned corn instead of frozen, more kielbasa, added oregano and served with flour tortillas. Would suggest to drain before serving with flour tortillas as it did have a bit of a "sauce" that dripped out of the filled tortilla (but if you don't mind the mess, it worked!). Also served salsa and pickled jalapenos on the side. Looking forward to the leftovers!

I came across this dish about a year ago and my family loves it. I added some of my own spices and a little more seasoning and the flavor is perfect. It's a hit in my home...

this was an okay meal. i used fresh peppers and onions, added alot more cayenne and served it with rice. There wasnt very much flavor, rather boring. needs more spices. I will probably not make this again.

Delicious...and super easy. I substituted some leftover baked ham and a couple of pieces of leftover baked chicken instead of the sausage. Also added some leftover white rice. Really good.

I doubled the amount of garlic asked for... just because we tend to love garlic. I thought this was a great meal- that took less than 30 minutes to make. Made brown rice also for this meal. Hubby went back for seconds, and there is enough left over for lunch tomorrow. :) Perfect.

We loved it. I did alter the recipe as follows. • Used 3/4 fresh green bell pepper and 1/2 large sweet onion, both diced instead of frozen. • Used 16 oz. of sausage instead of 8 oz. of sausage. - 8 oz. wouldn't be enough! • Used 1 can diced tomatoes, drained instead of fresh. • Used ground black pepper and cayenne pepper instead of black/red pepper blend. • I used a 12 inch skillet. Easy and pretty fast to make, tasted good and had nice texture. Enough for 4 large servings. I will make this again.

This turned out pretty good -- everyone from the 3 year old up like it. I did change a couple things. I did not have green pepper, so I sauted the garlic with a small chopped onion. I also changed the seasonings -- used only black pepper and Tony's creole seasoning. Doubled the sausage, used a can of corn, drained, instead of frozen, and a can of drained petite diced tomatoes instead of fresh. Served it on top of white rice and added sliced jalopeno peppers to the adult plates.

We seem to be the only folks here who didn't like this recipe. We did double the sausage, but it was just a bit too bland for us. I like all the flavors individually, but they didn't pop when put together. I did add some extra spices at the end but it didn't help much.

This was so good! I used hot link sausages rather than regular Kielbasa, gave it a great kick! Definitely use more than 8 oz of sausage though, it wouldn't have been near enough. Used fresh onion and green pepper rather than frozen. Also used a can of drained stewed tomatoes in place of fresh tomatoes. Served this with rice and a dollop of sour cream over it....YUM!!! I think my husband ate like 4 helpings at least! All my kids loved it too! Crazy good!

My family loved this recipe. I doubled it for our family of 5 using 1 fresh pepper and 1 med onion instead of frozen and a 15oz can diced tomatoes and added juice. I used 2-16oz pkgs of kiebllsa and served over rice.
