can (11 1/2 ounces) lightly tangy eight-vegetable juice

  • 1 Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef, celery, onion and Cajun seasoning blend, stirring frequently, 4 minutes or until beef is brown and vegetables are tender.
  • 2 Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
