Create the perfect combination of flavor and crunch with this homemade candy. Rich chocolate fudge layered with cajeta caramel, cashews and a sprinkle of sea salt—a recipe to impress.

I finally know what the big fuss about salted caramel is! Yummy!!! Really easy recipe. I used the Dulce de leche because my store didn't have the Cajeta.

Holy smokes is this fudge good. The combo of chocolate fudge, creamy sweet cajeta and salty cashews...how could you possibly resist? It's also deceptively easy to make (not that anyone needs to know that). Perfect for holiday gifting or a decadent dessert tray.

I made this last year for our office christmas dinner. They were a hit! Everyone loved them! Had a request for the recipe!

It was a pretty presentation, but found not very many people cared for it at my family christmas dinner. Seems like just too much going on. I enjoyed the chocolate layer. Wasnt a big fan of the white chocolate with the dulce de leche.
