This was pretty good. The amount of instant coffee that it requires didn't have the coffee-tasting kick I wanted, but other than that they were delicious. Next time I will add more coffee flavor.

These are really a heavy cookie, at least mine were. But eating them for breakfast it was like eating a meal bar except much better tasting. I would make them again with a few less chips.Betty

These are awesome! My husband who is not very big on sweets did not want to share these when I made some for him to take to work. I served them at morning coffee with the gals, and they all wanted the recipe before they left.

i tried this, i added 1/2 cup of toffee chips and loved it!!! the pecans give it a wonderful taste, and they turned out just like the picturespray pan with some non stick spray. the chocolate quickly attaches to the pan, when you remove them they may break because of this.

Ever since I made these cookies my co-workers expect them every Monday!! They are really easy to make. I make mine with French Vanilla coffee which keeps them coming back for more.
