I've made this twice since finding this recipe and it has been a hit both times. I did chop up a rotisserie chicken the second time I made it for a big group. A few people enjoyed it as a salad but the majority made wraps.

Very fresh and easy. A great wrap to have on picnics or when camping.

This is great as is, but 2nd time I made it, I added a few chopped walnuts and (living in National cherry capitol) I added a few dried tart cherries.

This was really good and quick - we plan to have this again. I used no cal Caesar salad dressing with flour tortilla and Grape Tomatoes instead of Romas.

Super recipe! great with chopped up leftover roast chicken, but, make it really healthy with 2% cheese and reduced or fat free dressing.

I love this recipe, but I like to add a little chicken. I just cook and cube some boneless chicken breasts and toss with the other ingredients. I guess that makes it a Chicken Ceasar Wrap. Who doesn't love a salad in a tortilla!

This is DELISH! I tweaked the recipe a bit though by omitting the egg and adding deli smoked turkey. I also used sun dried tomato basil tortillas and used the shredded parmesan cheese.*Quick tip* For the romaine lettuce I just got a bag of romaine salad. It''s already rinsed, chopped and ready to go!
