Medium Butternut Squash seeded & cut into 1/2" pieces (3 cups)

tablespoons Olive Oil

teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4
teaspoon salt

clove garlic

tablespoon whipping cream
1
teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaves

pkgs 1.9 oz each mini filo shells (30 shells)
1/2
cup asiago cheese grated
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees, Place squash in ungreassed cookie sheet. Toss with olive oil to coat and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Roast 30-40 minutes until brown & tender, tossing every 20 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes.
  2. In food processor pulse garlic squash, whipping cream & sage 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Line cookie sheet with foil. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of mixture into each shell. Sprinkle with cheese
  4. Bake at 400 degrees 7-9 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
