Butternut Squash Filo Appys

Servings (2 each)
Medium Butternut Squash seeded & cut into 1/2" pieces (3 cups)
tablespoons Olive Oil
teaspoon fresh ground pepper
tablespoon whipping cream
teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaves
pkgs 1.9 oz each mini filo shells (30 shells)
cup asiago cheese grated
Heat oven to 425 degrees, Place squash in ungreassed cookie sheet. Toss with olive oil to coat and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Roast 30-40 minutes until brown & tender, tossing every 20 minutes. Cool in pan 30 minutes.
In food processor pulse garlic squash, whipping cream & sage 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Line cookie sheet with foil. Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon of mixture into each shell. Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 400 degrees 7-9 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
