Mmm! Warm homemade muffins! Feel good about these since they're made with Fiber One® Raisin Bran Clusters® cereal.

These came out great!!! I am a Weight Watcher so I mixed things up a bit. I used yogurt instead of buttermilk..2- 6 oz. containers, used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil, used the new cinnamon almond Raisin Bran cereal and wheat flour. Made it in a 8 x 8 pan and it's the moistest snack cake. Baked it for 25-30 minutes at the same temp as called for. Mom loved it too!

These muffins are pretty good!!! They're very moist, but need a little more flavor. I added some dried cranberries, blackberries, and strawberries! These will be very good will some orange or lemon zest,I'll try this next time!

These muffins are great! I used Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal because that's what I had on hand.. still turned out!! The only thing I will do different next time is add an orange to it to make it less dry.. You just peel an orange and put it in the food processor, then add it and bake!! mmmmm!

So very impressed! Since I don't consider myself an experienced or talented baker, I was looking for something easy and delicious. I found that I had to use a little more buttermilk than required and the batch came out to be more than expected, but overall the muffins were amazing :) .

Great recipe! I searched for it after being very disappointed with the last store bought bran muffins we purchased. I had quite a few substitutions to this recipe bc I made it on the fly. I made my own buttermilk (vinegar and milk) and used cake flour instead. I also added walnuts and apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice). I thought the additional raisins added would be too much, but they were perfect. Raisins in each bite, just how we like it.

Delicious muffins & easy to make. First time I stuck with recipe, 2nd time I used Gold Medal bread flour and for the cereal part combined some left over raisin bran with Basic 4 fruit & nut. Both worked. Muffins were done at 18 minutes.

This nice, dense muffin is easy to make. I added a handful of walnuts for a little crunch. Perfect with a hot cup of tea!

I have made this recipe 6 times now since I found it . So good !!! My 11 year old grand son loves them. I have had so many people I gave a taste of them ask for the recipe. You can use any rasin bran cereal in them. So easy so moist, and they are good for you and don't cost much to make. Try them with nuts and dates if you have some left from your Christmas baking or fresh orange peal or leamon. It GREAT try it!!
