My biscuits didn't come out anything like the biscuits shown in the picture. I made them exactly like the directions said to. My biscuits came out more like a drop biscuit. They also weren't the easiest to make. Putting all of the ingredients together was a cinch. However, trying to knead the dough was a challenge. The dough was extremely sticky, and even if I put flour on my hands it didn't seem to matter. All the dough wanted to do was stick to my hands. It also wanted to stick to my counter unfortunately, even though I put flour on that too. So I had to peel them up off of the counter in order to get them onto the pan. To top it all off, they turned out very dry. I probably won't make these again.

as long as you put in enough herbs to flavor them they are really good biscuits
