  1. Heat a skillet and put butter or shortening in the bottom to cook crepes in.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and salt
  3. Drop in eggs and add buttermilk. Beat until smooth
  4. Pour some of the batter (about 2 tablespoons) into the hot pan and tilt pan around until batter covers the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cook on one side until golden brown then flip over using a metal spatula to cook other side until also golden brown, the crepe should be pretty thin. Put on a plate.
  6. Continue to make crepes until you have as many as you want or the batter is gone.
  7. Put in what you would like in your crepe and enjoy!
