Buttermilk Crepes

• 1 Heat a skillet and put butter or shortening in the bottom to cook crepes in.
• 2 Combine flour, sugar and salt
• 3 Drop in eggs and add buttermilk. Beat until smooth
• 4 Pour some of the batter (about 2 tablespoons) into the hot pan and tilt pan around until batter covers the bottom of the pan.
• 5 Cook on one side until golden brown then flip over using a metal spatula to cook other side until also golden brown, the crepe should be pretty thin. Put on a plate.
• 6 Continue to make crepes until you have as many as you want or the batter is gone.
• 7 Put in what you would like in your crepe and enjoy!
