I tried cheese on them per a previous reviewer's advice. I used finely shredded Parmesan cheese and they were delicious! Next time I will have to double the recipe though. Everyone fought over the last one! Definitely a keeper. Will make again and again. As for difficulty in rolling out of bowl, I used a spatula dipped into the butter to scrape it out onto my floured surface. Worked great.
