This is a recipe that my Mom and Grandma used to use from the old Betty Crocker cook book we would have these with chili or soup and were always a hit in our house I now enjoy making them for my daughter and husband.

I tried cheese on them per a previous reviewer's advice. I used finely shredded Parmesan cheese and they were delicious! Next time I will have to double the recipe though. Everyone fought over the last one! Definitely a keeper. Will make again and again. As for difficulty in rolling out of bowl, I used a spatula dipped into the butter to scrape it out onto my floured surface. Worked great.

My biscuits were a little too salty. I might use less butter next time. My biscuits did not rise as high as the picture. They tasted good, but were not that thick. Not sure what went wrong.

These breadsticks were pretty good, but the dough was hard to roll out for some reason. Try putting some cheese on them when they come out, it was tasty.
