Just like a favorite restaurant item, these full-flavored burritos are bursting with sausage and beans.

There's a Mexican restaurant in my home town. I've been trying to recreate it's burrito grande. This is the closest I've come. Added onion. (Can't live without the stuff.)

Not able to find bulk ground chorizo in my area, substituted crumbled hot sausage. that was okay the first time.. second time i've added a small (less than 1/4cup) chopped onion. seemed this was a missing flavor..

I made this recipe and my husband and daughters loved it, as well as myself. I now have a great taste for the chorizo as well.

My family loves this. We have made it several times, adding black beans or corn, or both. I usually make a double batch and freeze individual servings. Great lunch for my husband, and it is an after school snack for my 14 year old son.

My husband loves this, I end up making a double recipe and it is gone, as with most recipes I have to tweak it a little as I am not a sour cream fan. It is fairly quick and easy to make and when I brought it to work for my lunch left overs, everyone who saw it was envious of my lunch!

This is even better when reheated. I used leftover steak for the meat. I think it would be good also if you added 1/2 cup of cooked rice to the bean mixture. I will definately make this again.

This recipe was wonderful and easy. My family loved it. The only problem I encounter was I didn't make enough...
