Just like a favorite restaurant item, these full-flavored burritos are bursting with sausage and beans.

Burrito is great as is. No changes needed. I did only use 3 burritos instead of 4.

We mixed the 1/2 lb chorizo with 1 lb ground beef and used both a can of refried beans and chili beans to upsize the recipe. Also can turn into a pizza with tortilla crust. Great!

They really need a visual of laying the tortillas down the side of the dish and then rolling them so they are seam side down. I'm not dumb, but can't visualize this. Oh, well . . .

This is a super easy recipe. I found the Chorizo in my local Safeway. My husband, daughter and I love it. Tastes wonderful. Thanks, Betty Crocker

There's a Mexican restaurant in my home town. I've been trying to recreate it's burrito grande. This is the closest I've come. Added onion. (Can't live without the stuff.)

Not able to find bulk ground chorizo in my area, substituted crumbled hot sausage. that was okay the first time.. second time i've added a small (less than 1/4cup) chopped onion. seemed this was a missing flavor..

I made this recipe and my husband and daughters loved it, as well as myself. I now have a great taste for the chorizo as well.
