Here’s one easy-to-eat BLT. It’s all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.

I've made these several times, each time experimenting with different things. Our favorite (and easiest) version uses shredded lettuce (bagged), chopped Deli-rotisserie chicken, Oscar Mayer "Real Bacon Bits", diced (de-seeded) tomato, shredded cheddar, and just enough mayo to incorporate. They're gone in a flash!

What a great weeknight dinner. So easy and quick and the flavor is fabo!! I mixed lite sour cream with salsa to sub for the mayo - WOW! what a hit. I used La Tortilla Factory small low carb tortillas - perfect.

My sister and I had these for dinner tonight. I found the recipe but she made them - she's the chef, I'm the baker. We used "real bacon bits" and she added Cicilian Blend spice (salt, garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomato), basilo, oregano and garlic powder to the Miracle Whip. Even with the added spices these were kind of bland. We both agreed that these would probably have been better with regular bacon and Sister said she would have left it in strips. She also said she would have added roasted red pepper flake to it.

Easy! Family ate them up with no leftovers. Next time I am going to try Turkey Bacon for a healthier option.

The only thing the cheese adds to this recipe is calories. Lose the cheese and make only the bacon, lettuce and tomato with mayo for true BLT flavor.

These were really great! I chopped up the lettuce pretty fine so that my kids wouldnt have a hard time with larger lettuce pieces and even my 2yr old loved it! Perfect for a light snack or light lunch! Definitely will be making again. Husband's only complaint was that there wasnt more :)
