Roll refrigerated biscuits into quick, Mexican-style wrappers for barbecue-flavored ground beef and cheese.
lb. lean ground beef
cup chopped green onions
cup purchased Buffalo wing sauce
(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
oz. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
cup purchased ranch salad dressing, if desired
Heat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Add onions and buffalo wing sauce; mix well. Remove skillet from heat.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 6-inch round. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto half of each biscuit round. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold dough over filling; press edges to seal. Place on ungreased large cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ranch salad dressing for dipping.
