cup Buffalo Hot Sauce

cup thinly sliced celery

cup shredded pepper jack cheese

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, olive hour, salt and water. Mix and knead for 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. While crust is resting, dice chicken and saute in pan.
  4. After resting the pizza dough, roll it out and put on pizza pan.
  5. Spread buffalo sauce on pizza crust.
  6. Add chicken, celery, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 22 minutes in oven until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
