Ingredients

2 1/2: Cups Whole Wheat Flour

3: teaspoon baking powder

2: teaspoon olive oil

2: teaspoon salt

1: cup water

2: boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2: cup Buffalo Hot Sauce

1/4: cup thinly sliced celery

3/4: cup shredded pepper jack cheese

3/4: cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4: cup blue cheese

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 Combine flour, baking powder, olive hour, salt and water. Mix and knead for 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
3 While crust is resting, dice chicken and saute in pan.
4 After resting the pizza dough, roll it out and put on pizza pan.
5 Spread buffalo sauce on pizza crust.
6 Add chicken, celery, and cheese.
7 Bake for 22 minutes in oven until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

I made this for my "Football Kick off Party" and we loved it and will make again. Was a quick and fast way for me and my family to have something hot to eat. I made two:):):)! Got to be prepared for extras mouths:):):)!
