Wow! This was delish!
I followed the recipe (almost) exactly and it was great. I'm a baby when it comes to hot/spicy -- so 1/4 cup of the buffalo wing sauce was plenty.
(I omitted the celery due to hating celery.)
I did put more crumbled bleu cheese on top, because I'm a big bleu cheese fan.
Thanks for a neat alternative to standard mac and cheese!
