These are made just like my "Chicken Egg Rolls", which are sooooo delicious and get many rave reviews from Family & Friends! I use slaw mix (shredded cabbage w/carrots) and fresh bean sprouts in mine. I don't use hot sauce, but I would use as a side dip along with sweet and sour sauce as a variation. These are some work, but make plenty foor leftover, well worth the time & effort1 ENJOY!!!!!
