We used two pkgs of Kraft cooking cream for this instead of the regular softened cream. They have a Santa Fe flavor that would be perfect to try this with. Just use a little less hot sauce (for those of us with a mild mouth). Plus, we used it for the home made potato wedges I made, as well. It served as a "double dip"!

My wife and I took this to an Labor Day Cookout and it was a complete success!!! We used ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese, we also used two packs of cream cheese but next time we think one pack is good enough. Just for more of a gooey feel. Also, more hot sauce gave our dish more kick after a couple of bites. This is a AWESOME dish!!!! Thanks BC!!!!
