I thought this had good taste but it was a too spicy the first time I made it as written. And I like spice. I decreased the wing sauce to 1/4 cup the second time and that was better. It's still a little too spicy for my 5 & 3 year old though. My husband liked it but was not crazy about the tomatoes. I guess I'll have to cut them up smaller next time. I used a cup of rice instead of 1/2 cup and may use even more next time. I used instant rice instead of regular.

I made this with brown rice, ranch dressing and a sprinkle of blue cheese. It was a little dry but otherwise very good and easy to make. I would make it again.

Used double the rice as suggested in the reviews and used medium buffalo sauce. It came out perfect. Served with a green salad it made for a great meal.

I used BWW medium wing sauce, and my husband added jalepeno to his portion. We like it hot! Some texture seemed to be missing. I will try it next time wrapped in a tortilla.

This was waaaay too hot for me and my husband, using a half cup of buffalo wing sauce. I used the original buffalo wing sauce. I will try it again and only use a 1/4 cup of the buffalo wing sauce, but even that may be too much. I don't know how anyone could stand to add red pepper flakes to it on top of the buffalo wing sauce. It was so hot with the half cup of buffalo sauce, it almost ruined the dish. I didn't use the celery, and I also used long grain wild rice & increased the rice by doubling what the recipe called for. If you're not sure about the "fire" of the buffalo sauce & your family's tolerance, I definitely recommend you start out on the light side with the buffalo sauce. It can definitely over-power the dish if you're not a fan of hot and spicy dishes.

Used leftover rice, ranch instead of blue cheese and a can of alymer accents garlic tomatoes - instant hit! A big loaf of crusty bread and a simple salad rounded out our dinner.

This is really easy to make, I'll top it with cheese next time too. We liked it with the ranch dressing drizzled over it.

this was yummy. i used leftover rice snd added a little liqiud some chicken broth. The chicken could be a little more chrispy- so i used the basic recipe and browned the chicken in some veg oil first. Came out great. By the way... what's up with people reviewing a recipe without even trying it?
