I would think all you'd need to do to take this from fried to baked would be to use a little spray on Pam and bake. Not sure how long you'd bake them but probably just until browned maybe 20 minutes.

These were a very big hit. Everyone requested the recipe. The dipping sauce made a lot, so I had to make more Chicken Bites to use it up.

Made this today & it was really good. A little too spicy for me but everyone else loved it. I thought the sauce was kinda thin & runny. Next time I will use blue cheese salad dressing. Overall, a good quick recipe.

Enter your review here...With so many people aware of truly eating the correct way, why wouldn't Betty Crocker also give a recipe for the buffalo chicken bites that would allow the maker to bake the chicken not fry the chicken? Shame on Betty Crocker.

Totally yummy! My teenage boys and husband love this recipe. I do cheat and just use store purchased bleu cheese dressing tho.

The chicken bites were really yummy. I give them 5 spoons. But the dipping sauce was really runny and only gets 3 spoons. Better to just use blue cheese salad dressing. The bites also are great the next day in a salad.

This was a good an easy Buffalo Chicken Rescipe. My husband and daughter like the kick, me - not so much. This was a happy medium. I did not get to try the sauce but plan to next time.
