This recipe melds two of my favorite things: hot sauce and cheese! This cheese ball will be a hit at any tailgating party or any get together you throw

packages Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2
cup Buffalo Hot Sauce

cups shredded cheddar cheese
1
cup crumbled blue cheese
1
stalk Celery
1/2
cup toasted pecans
  1. In food processor mix two packages cream cheese, hot sauce and cheddar cheese. set aside
  2. In food processor mix remaining package of cream cheese with blue cheese. Finely dice celery and then mix into blue cheese mixture.
  3. Lay out piece of plastic wrap and spread blue cheese on plastic in the shape of rectangle.Then spread cheddar cheese mixture down the middle third of blue cheese mixture.
  4. Using plastic wrap under blue cheese mixture, wrap blue cheese mixture around the cheddar cheese mixture. Place log in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Right before serving roll log in toasted pecans.
