These were good and tasted even better the next day when we had some leftover. I put some onion and celery in the meat mixture before cooking it. For condiments I used celery bits and blue cheese and some wing sauce on one side of the bun.

This is a staple at our house now! I alternate between ground turkey & ground chicken to change it up. I just serve on a plate without the extra carbs of bread and serve with a side of fat free blue cheese dressing with celery & carrot sticks! Always a winner and oh so good tasting and healthy!

These are sooooo good! I made them once and my family wants to have them more often. This is from people who aren't fans of chicken burgers! I am making them again today. The mix is a little wet and hard to handle from the sauce but I managed to get them on the grill and they firmed up as they cooked. Didn't have any trouble turning them.
