  • 1 Heat oven to 325°F. Place mini paper baking cup in each of 24 mini muffin cups.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir together brownie mix, oil, water and egg until smooth. Fold in nuts. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
  • 3 Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes; remove from muffin pan cups.
