These are WONDERFUL!!! I just made them for a 4th of July Cookout!! I used a square muffin tin and if worked great!! I cut each square into fourths and they skewered easily!! Just be careful not to over bake, you don't want the corners crunchy!! I used bananas, strawberries, and mini marshmallows! Because were eating outside I skipped the chocolate drizzle. I did use the Betty Crocker triple chocolate Hershey's brownie mix, so there was plenty of gooey chocolate!! I also cut the strawberries and bananas in circles and skewered them end to end instead of through the middle and they looked really pretty! I did marshmallow, strawberry,banana,brownie twice ending with a marshmallow on top! They were a HUGE hit and even inspired me to make veggie and cheese kabobs as well!! I will never again picnic without food on a sick!!! Perfect Summer Recipe!!

I don't know if the pineapple juice will work, but you can dip them in 7up or any lemon lime soda. It takes away the bitterness.

This recipe was really good and everyone loved it, because we had done this for my cousins bridal shower and we were such in a hurry and it came out very well, but the only thing was that we didnt have time to bake brownies so we bought packaged round brownies and it was a hit. The people didnt know they were bought and we got alot of complaments that this was so creative that they might do it as well for just any party which it will do good. yep somethink simple can make it beautiful as to these Brownie n fruit kabobs. :-)
