I have made fruit pizza many times over the years. It is one of my family's favorite desserts. I have always made it with a sugar cookie crust. When I saw the recipe using brownie mix, I had to try it. All of the family members said it was okay, not as good as the sugar cookie crust. I agree with them.

I wouldn't think that would be a problem cutting it before the fruit. Try and see! This dessert is so good, I have made it twice and this third time I am putting kiwi on it with the other berries!!

I used 10oz of cream cheese with the same amount of sugar in order to cover my base. I could not find apple Jelly here on Maui so I mixed two preserves with some Grand Marnier, warmed it, ran it through a sieve...It was a major hit. I used a silicone pizza cutter from King Arthur Flour to preserve my pan & a silicone pie server
