It was great and gave it a fun twist to the brownie-with-ice-cream dessert. my siblings and their friends loved it and it seemed filling (enough) They are cute but a little more creativity would make them so much better (such as adding marshmallows/nuts/caramel/etc..)

Made this recipe for a family get-together. It was really delicious! Everyone ate them right up. The only thing I could recommend is to put the ice cream in right before serving. I made the brownies, let them cool, but them open and then put in the ice cream. I kept them in the freezer for about 30 minutes until serving time. When I took them out, the ice cream had poured out of the brownies and was melted. It was a huge mess. But other than that, they were awesome!

Very Very delicious!!! I added nuts to the brownies and used frozen yogurt in place of ice cream. Everyone loved them. I made 2 batches, 1 with nuts and 1 without nuts (allergies to nuts) Both were gone in 15 mins. Great treat for family outings and to also freeze individually when you do have left overs, which is rarely.
