    Heat oven to 350°. Place paper baking cup in each of 18 regular-size muffin cups. Make batter as directed on brownie mix box. Fill each cup 2/3 full (about 3 tablespoons each).

    Bake 22 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted near edge comes out almost clean. Do not overbake. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Frost and decorate as desired. Store covered.

  • For larger cupcakes, place paper baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups; fill cups with about 1/4 cup batter. Bake 25 to 27 minutes or until toothpick inserted near edge comes out almost clean.
  • Use miniature muffin tins to create mini cupcake muffins. Place mini paper baking cups in 42 miniature muffin cups; fill cups about 3/4 full (about 1 tablespoon each) with batter. Bake 18 to 21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in edge comes out clean; do not overbake.   • Use any flavor or style of frosting that you prefer. Garnish with chopped nuts, sprinkles, or drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel.
