box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® milk chocolate brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream

cups sliced fresh strawberries

jar (11.75 oz) hot fudge topping, heated
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box for 8-inch pan, using water, oil and eggs and adding 1 additional egg. Cool 20 minutes.
  2. Using large spoon, scoop warm uncut brownies into 8 dessert dishes. Top with ice cream and sliced strawberries. Drizzle with fudge topping.
