Brownie Banana Pudding

Brownie bites, vanilla pudding and sliced bananas team up for an easy-to-make, satisfying treat.

Ingredients

box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
1/4
cup water
1/4
cup vegetable oil
1
egg

boxes (4-serving size each) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
4
cups cold milk
3
ripe bananas, sliced

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 3508F. Spray bottom only of 11x7-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir together brownie mix, pouch of chocolate syrup (from brownie mix box), water, oil and egg. Spread batter in pan.
  • 3 Bake 32 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.
  • 4 In large bowl, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes or until creamy.
  • 5 To serve, spoon 1/4 cup pudding into each of 12 small bowls. Top each with 3 brownie bites and sliced bananas.

Expert Tips

Sprinkle with toasted chopped walnuts for some crunch.

Try chocolate or butterscotch pudding, or other favorite flavor, instead of vanilla.
