It was my frist time trying to make Carmel frosting. I didn't make the cookies, just needed the frosting. I'd like to of seen the person make this or be able to ask some questions. First, the butter and brown sugar wouldn't blend and it took a long time to boil, 2nd. when I added the milk, it steamed so much I almost got burned. Then when I let it set 30 minutes, it was so cool that I could only mix 1`/2 c. powdered sugar and it was in a "ball" shape. What did I do wrong?!?
