Cup Cooked Brown Rice
1/4
Cup Soy, Vanilla Soy or Almond Milk
1/2
Teaspoon Sinnamon

Tablespoon Dried Cranberries or Raisins
1
Teaspoon Sliced Almonds (Toasted Optional)
1
Tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 1 Combine 1/2 cup cooked brown rice with 1/4 C soy milk, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 T dried cranberries or raisins, 1 tsp. sliced almonds and 1 T maple syrup in a saucepan.
  • 2 Heat over medium heat until warmed throw.
