EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

The bean salsa can be made up to 24 hours ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.

For a meal in a hurry, serve with cooked instant rice and melon slices.

Vegetarians in the family? The bean salsa would also be delicious on a baked potato.

This was a terrible recipe! It was not worth the time or the ingredients spent. I ended up throwing the entire thing away...no one liked it. I can't even pick the worst part, all of it was bad. There are tons of better recipes...don't waste your time.
