cup uncooked instant rice
cans (16 ounces each) spicy chili beans in sauce, undrained
bag (1 pound) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
cup shredded process cheese (4 ounces)
Place rice, beans and broccoli in skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and cheese is melted.
