cup uncooked instant rice

cans (16 ounces each) spicy chili beans in sauce, undrained

bag (1 pound) frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and drained

cup shredded process cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 Place rice, beans and broccoli in skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium.
  • 2 Cover and simmer 5 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and cheese is melted.
