Great side dish with any main meat dish. Super delish and fairly easy to make.

c chopped onion

c chopped celery

lb. butter

c cooked rice

10 oz pkgs frozen broccoli

8 oz jar cheez whiz

can cream of chicken soup
1/2
c milk
salt and pepper to taste
  1. Make rice according to package directions. Saute onions and celery in butter.
  2. Place rice, onion/celery mixture and broccoli in 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Combine half of the cheese, soup, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and rice. Put remaining cheese spread over top.
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
