I found this a tasty and simple recipe. (Unlike the previous posting, I had no difficulty with the abbreviations in the directions.) One stick of butter (1/4 lb,) was the perfect amount to saute the two cups of chopped celery and onions. The only change I opted was to drain the butter before adding the onions and celery to the mixture. Thank you BettyCrocker.com for these excellent resources and new ideas!
