Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14 oz) frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions (from 1-lb bag)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat coleslaw dressing
  • 2 tablespoons real bacon pieces (from 2.8-oz package)

Steps

  • 1
Cook broccoli and stir-fry bell peppers separately in microwave as directed on packages. Drain well.
  • 2
In large bowl, toss broccoli, bell peppers, raisins and coleslaw dressing. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
Dried cranberries in place of the raisins would also be delicious in this simple side dish.
  • tip 2
If you can find fat-free coleslaw dressing, use it instead for a side dish with zero fat.
