Brie with Dried Fruit

Ingredients

round (8 oz) Brie cheese
3
tablespoons maple-flavored syrup
3
tablespoons packed brown sugar
1
tablespoon orange-flavored liqueur
1/2
cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins and/or apricots)
1/4
cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
Toasted baguette slices

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with foil. Place cheese on cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 10 minutes or until cheese begins to soften.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in 8-inch sauté pan or skillet, heat syrup, brown sugar and liqueur to boiling. Cook until mixture becomes thick and syrupy.
  • 4 Place warm Brie on serving plate. Top with dried fruit and pecans. Pour syrup over top. Serve with baguette slices.
