Absolutely perfect, great presentation, easy to make, ecxtremely tasty. Lime is important if you want to "tarten" up the sweetness of whipped cream and sugar. Made it for my daughter-in-law for her 3, 2 and 1 month olds to serve for her Mothers Day breakfast. I asked what rating (1-5) she would give. She said, 4-l/2 because a little too much filling, but otherwise, great. But, that was operator error, not recipe. Next time, I'll put less filling in. ABSOLUTELY BEST!

I made this for a friend for her birthday. She loved it as did everyone else. I love the slightly tangy lime flavor mixed with the sweet strawberries. I would definitely make it again!
