These rolls were great. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the recipe. I made them a few days before I needed them and followed the recipe through step four where you shape them, brush them with butter and cover loosely with plastic wrap. At that point, I put them in the freezer. Then when I needed them, I thawed them and let them rise and then baked them. It worked great both times I made them.

I LOVE THESE WHEAT ROLLS.I HAVE TRIED MAKIN THESE BEFORE BUT DIDNOT TURN OUT THAT GREAT. THIS RECIPE IS EASY AND SIMPLE U CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THESE. THEY'RE GREAT.

Loved these. Made bbq chicken sliders with them tonight (shredded rotisserie chicken simmered in bbq sauce). My son at 5. Yum. They were super easy to make.
